Will has held significant roles, including Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at AB InBev and Global Director of OpEx and Quality at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed large-scale improvement programs and contributed to substantial cost savings.
Will holds an MBA in Strategy and Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University and degrees in Biology and Psychology from Purdue University.
Additionally, he is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified by ABI and holds a Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University.
